The building was painted a welcoming orange colour and the floors are swept and cleaned regularly. “We have never looked back, we bought a woman’s touch to the workshop,” says Annie. “We like all our clients to be treated as guests and so customer service and satisfaction is really high on our agenda. We realize that for some people, not just women, bringing your car in for repairs and servicing can be a scary process.” We have a large and welcoming waiting room at both shops and we always try to offer our customers a cup of tea or coffee while they wait. Or if you have booked in for a courtesy car, then it’s a quick few minutes before you’re on your way again. “Attention to detail is given to every vehicle that comes in to us”, says Annie “whether it’s for a WOF or Repairs through to a maintenance service, each client is looked after like a guest, so “customer service” is really high on our agenda. This extends “right through to the floors & toilets being kept clean and tidy at all times.” "We commit to continuous on-going training such as WOF up grades in order to keep our skills and knowledge and service at the optimum level," says Julian, Service Manager at Mayne Automotive Onehunga branch. "We guarantee all our workmanship and use the latest technology such as scanners to diagnose your vehicles' problem, adds Karl Brabant, Service Manager Mayne Automotive Penrose. |
